Direttiva Europea sul Whistleblowing (2019/1937)

Per le segnalazioni di cui all’art. 6 comma 2 bis del D.Lgs. 231/01, in materia di whistleblowing (Dlgs. 24 del 10 marzo 2023) , CSP International Fashion Group S.p.A. mette a disposizione dei propri dipendenti e dei propri collaboratori un applicativo software accessibile attraverso la rete Internet. L’applicativo software garantisce assoluta riservatezza e crittografia dei dati del segnalante e della segnalazione, in quanto accessibili esclusivamente dal soggetto ricevente.

La Società ha affidato all’Organismo di Vigilanza la funzione di ricevere tali segnalazioni.

For whistleblowing reports pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 2 bis of Legislative Decree 231/01, converted into the Italian law on whistleblowing (Legislative Decree 24 of March 10, 2023) , CSP International Fashion Group S.p.A. provides its employees and collaborators with a software application accessible via the Internet network. The software application guarantees absolute confidentiality and encryption of the data of the whistleblower and of the report, as they are accessible only by the receiving party.

The Company has entrusted the Supervisory Board with the function of receiving such reports.
